Programmable Digital Controls

Select from Low, High, or Warm heat settings. Adjust cook time from 4 hours to 10 hours, depending on meal. When cooking time has completed, the slow cooker will automatically switch to Warm for up to 6 additional hours, keeping your food at the perfect temperature until you are ready to enjoy it.

Lemon Rosemary Chicken and Vegetables

4 pounds bone in, skin on chicken (thighs and breasts).

3 pounds new potatoes, quartered.

8 carrots, sliced.

2 medium onions, cut into chunks.

5 cloves garlic, chopped.

1 lemon, thick slices.

1-2 cups chicken broth.

3 sprigs fresh rosemary.

Salt.

Pepper.

Cooking Instructions

• Place all ingredients in slow cooker with rosemary on top.
  
• Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
