Because a long handle would be awkward on a pan of this size, the saucepan has two stay-cool loop handles, so it's easy to maneuver even when full.

Cuisinart Chef's Classic hard-anodized cookware features an advanced Quantanium nonstick coating, designed for healthy low-fat cooking. The coating is tough enough for use with metal utensils.
