Installation Steps:
- 1: Stand the high tube vertical to the ground.
- 2: Stand the long tube short end vertical to the ground. Make sure the holes on two tubes in the same line.
- 3: Put the steel bar between the two tubes. Make sure the hole of the steel bar is the same line with the first hole of the tubes.
- 4: Put through the screws to holes directly from the right end and strengthen the screws with tongs.
- Note: There are two washers between the bottom horizontal tube and vertical uprights on the bolt ends.
