The Laufenn S Fit EQ is a performance, summer tire manufactured for SUVs. Laufenn offers a 70,000 mile treadwear warranty with this model.

The tire promotes excellent summer weather traction. The asymmetric ribbed tread design and the durable summer compound work together to boost the dry and wet weather traction. The tread upgrades the grip on the road surface with the better surface contact, while the durable compound improves the rubber flexibility in high-heat temperatures and performing situations. In other words, the tire keeps the surface contact and prevents heat build-up to improve the summer traction. The optimized groove pattern, with the circumferential and angled lateral grooves, prevents hydroplaning by channeling water from below the footprint. This guarantees a safer summer weather performance.

The tread design also helps improve the model's controllability. The optimized tire footprint maintains the model's surface contact throughout the drive, while the tread's tie-bars stabilize the elements. This combination enables the tire to enhance the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The better footprint and the special outer shoulder pattern work together to boost the cornering capability by increasing the tire's grip on the road surface during the model's performance. The groove placement and the drainage inducement groove edges of the tread work together to enhance the braking ability, especially on wet road surface conditions, by shortening the braking distance. The tire's internal structure features steel belts, an equilibrium carcass line design and a jointless nylon layer full cover which manage to maintain the ideal tire shape under the high speed pressure. This boosts the high speed durability, which enables the tire to securely perform at its greatest high speed capability.

This model offers a longer lasting tread life. The optimal footprint and the tie-bars improve the surface contact and prevent tread flexing.
