Receive (1) 3 lb. Seasoned Black Angus Beef Tenderloin Roast. Defrost in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425F. Place roast on wire rack in a shallow pan & add 1 cup of water or wine. Roast for 15 mins, reduce temperature to 350F for an additional 20-25mins. Check until reaches 140F internal temp for medium doneness. Comes raw, frozen, and individually vacuum-sealed.
